FoldHunt is an independent, editor-run directory of apps and games built for foldable phones, starting with iPhone Duo.
Why this exists
A new kind of iPhone needs a new kind of app, and until launch day there's no App Store category for "works beautifully on a foldable". FoldHunt collects the apps and games that do, explains what each one changed for the fold, and makes it easy to see them in action.
How listings are labelled
Named by the device maker as optimized for launch.
Adapted by its developer and checked by our editor in the simulator.

Before hardware ships, "verified" means our editor has seen the app running in the iPhone Duo Simulator, either in a build we ran or a screen recording we trust. After launch we'll re-check listings on real devices and update their labels.
How ranking works
The hunt is ranked by reader upvotes: one per person per listing, no account needed. We never store IP addresses, only a salted hash to stop repeat votes. In the hunt, launch partners are ranked by upvotes like everyone else.

FoldHunt is not affiliated with Apple Inc. or any app developer we list. iPhone is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.
