Does Bilibili work on iPhone Duo?
Not announced yet. Bilibili hasn't said when Bilibili will get an iPhone Duo layout. It still opens on the Duo, but won't fill the inner display until it's updated.
- Not announcedChina App Store release notes and indexed developer channels checked. No Duo-specific developer announcement found; this is not an on-device test.
Until it's updated
What an app does on iPhone Duo before its developer adapts it. Which of the open cases applies to Bilibili depends on the tools its current version was built with, and we haven't seen it on the device.
Closed
On the outer display it looks and works as it does on any iPhone.
Open, built with older tools
An app last built with Xcode 26 sits in an iPhone-shaped window on the inner display, with black borders around it.
Open, built for iOS 27
An app built with the iOS 27 SDK resizes to use more of the inner display, with some space left over.
Open, built for iOS 27.1
Only an app built with the iOS 27.1 SDK reaches the edges of the inner display and moves its bar buttons to the side. Apple calls that “optimized for iPhone Duo”.
About Bilibili
As of October 8, 2026 (Pacific Time), the China App Store lists Bilibili version 9.13.0, released September 24, 2026 (UTC). Its release notes do not mention iPhone Duo. Our search of indexed pages on the developer’s official site found no Duo-specific developer announcement. This is an announcement search, not an on-device test; sign-in requirements and inaccessible pages limit what we can check.
Detail, which Apple showed at the Duo launch, places playback above the fold and camera controls below it. Bilibili has not announced tabletop or split-view features for its video player.
Bilibili will still open on iPhone Duo. Closed, it looks like any phone app. Open, video stays in an iPhone aspect ratio until Bilibili rebuilds with iOS 27.1 tools. More in how apps that aren’t updated run on iPhone Duo.
