Adobe Acrobat Reader for iPhone Duo

Adobe Acrobat Reader has no announced version for iPhone Duo. As of October 6, 2026, the current App Store release is version 26.09.00, from October 6, and its release notes don’t mention the Duo. Adobe has made no announcement that we have found.

A PDF across the open Duo can look like a book, as shelff shows with the binding on the hinge. Adobe hasn’t announced anything for Acrobat. AppleInsider’s William Gallagher wrote on September 17 that “firms such as Microsoft and Adobe are famously slow to adapt, because they’re working to their own schedules rather than Apple’s.”

Adobe Acrobat Reader will still open on iPhone Duo, like every app on the App Store. Closed, it looks as it does on any iPhone. Open, it won’t reach the edges of the inner display until Adobe rebuilds it with Apple’s iOS 27.1 tools, which Apple only cleared for App Store submissions on October 5.
