Closed and turned sideways, the cover shows the speed in a large dial over the map, with the next turn on the right and the trip on the left.
- Open · Inner display
The same dashboard, wider
Open flat, the dial and map spread across the inner display, with the trip and the music that's playing in a column on the left.
About Tespit Vehicle Dashboard
Tespit is an independent dashboard for Tesla drivers: it connects to the car over Bluetooth and shows speed, gear, navigation, charging and tyre pressure on a phone mounted in your line of sight. Its release video for version 1.1.12 says it is optimised for iPhone Duo and shows the same dashboard on the closed cover turned sideways and on the open inner display. The layout grows to fit the bigger screen rather than doing anything new at the fold.
