According to its developer, yes. FoldHunt's editor hasn't checked Velora: Skincare Routine on iPhone Duo yet, so it's listed as a claim.

About Velora: Skincare Routine

Velora tracks morning, evening and custom skincare routines built from the products you own, with reminders, a skin and mood log, and progress photos. In the developer’s iPhone Duo build, the closed phone keeps the day’s routines on the cover, and opening it gives a step-by-step mode with the current step above the fold and a big Done button below it.
