According to its developer, yes. FoldHunt's editor hasn't checked Dark Noise on iPhone Duo yet, so it's listed as a claim.

A few small tweaks adopting the new ArrangementView and I feel like the iPhone Duo experience for @DarkNoiseApp is pretty decent already? Obviously will have to get more in the weeds on everything but it's a good start for _very_ little work!
