According to its developer, yes. FoldHunt's editor hasn't checked PDX Transit (Next Generation) on iPhone Duo yet, so it's listed as a claim.
- Developer claimedMario Guzmán, the developer, in a Mastodon post with screenshots of PDX Transit on the iPhone Duo simulator, open flat and half-folded (mastodon.social). The App Store lists the seller as Mario Guzman. The App Store page does not mention the Duo.

In Mario Guzmán’s screenshots from the iPhone Duo simulator, the open phone shows the map with the sidebar floating over it and a stop’s alerts in a card. Half-fold it and the sidebar takes the whole left half while the map stays on the right.
