Proto tracks protein and fiber, estimating them from a photo or a description of a meal. Stuart Hall’s video for the iPhone Duo shows it open flat with goals and meals side by side, and half-folded with the layout kept clear of the hinge. Fold while adding food and the sheet docks to one side of the hinge; turn the phone and it adapts again.
