Does Sunset Predictions: Alpenglow work on iPhone Duo?
According to its developer, yes. FoldHunt's editor hasn't checked Sunset Predictions: Alpenglow on iPhone Duo yet, so it's listed as a claim.
- Developer claimedAndrew Yates, the developer, in a post on X showing Alpenglow on the Duo half-folded and closed (@ay8s on X), and in the v12.1 press release, which says Duo support arrives on October 23, 2026. The current App Store version (12.0.3) does not mention the Duo; Andrew offers press a TestFlight build of v12.1.

About Sunset Predictions: Alpenglow
Alpenglow forecasts how good each sunrise and sunset will be, with golden hour, blue hour and sun-direction tools for photographers and hikers. Its v12.1 update, due October 23, adds the Duo and Vantage Point, which lets you stand anywhere on the map and see the land, sun and sky from there. The press release adds that held open in landscape, the map and the view sit side by side, and that every screen also works on the cover.

Developer claimed: Malin Sundberg posted a picture labeled Mercury Weather for iPhone Duo (@malinsundberg on X). Malin's X profile says Malin builds Mercury Weather, the App Store description quotes Malin from Triple Glazed Studios, and the seller is Triple Glazed Studios LLC (id 1621800675). Version 3.7.2 (released 2026-09-22) does not mention the Duo, and neither does the description. The picture is marked October 23.

Developer claimed: The developer, Matt Kelsh (@mattro.design), posted a video of Sunshine Weather on iPhone Duo on Bluesky with "Coming to an iPhone Duo near you" (bsky.app). The App Store seller is Matt Kelsh (id 6751937260). Version 1.1.0 (released September 21, 2026) does not mention the Duo, and neither does the description.
