A country day tracker whose dashboard and timeline split along the fold when open

Does AtlasDays: Country Day Tracker work on iPhone Duo?

Yes, since version 2.8 on October 22, 2026, and seen in a simulator recording: open, the Dashboard, Timeline and Settings split into two panes along the fold.

  • Simulator verifiedJorick van Meijeren, the developer, in an email to FoldHunt on October 23, 2026, and on the AtlasDays for iPhone Duo press page, with screenshots and a recording captioned as made in the iPhone Duo simulator. The release notes for version 2.8 (released October 22, 2026) say AtlasDays is ready for iPhone Duo: unfold it and the Dashboard, the Timeline and Settings spread out into two columns.

Adapted for the fold

  • Open · Inner display

The Dashboard, Timeline and Settings in two panes

Open, the Dashboard splits along the fold, with the statistics and the map on the left and your trackers on the right, where the closed display left them. The Timeline puts the calendar beside your trips, a tracker shows its summary and chart beside the trips that count, and Settings becomes a sidebar. The 3D globe of the countries you've visited fills the display.

  • Book · Partly folded

    Panes on the crease

Partly open and held sideways, the panes divide on the crease, so opening the last few degrees doesn't reflow the calendar. AtlasDays reads the hinge with iOS 27.1.

  • Closed · Outer display

    One column on the cover

Closed, your trackers, the statistics and the map share one column, and the toolbar buttons move into the side rail. Fold it again and the right-hand pane is what stays.

About AtlasDays: Country Day Tracker

AtlasDays keeps a record of the days you spend in each country, and in US states, and counts them against the rules you pick, such as the Schengen 90/180 rule, tax residency or the US Substantial Presence Test. It can add trips when you cross a border and build past ones from your photos, forecasts the trips you plan, and warns you before you reach a limit. Trips stay on your device and in your own iCloud, with no account; trip logging, imports and the dashboard are free, and Pro adds unlimited trackers, alerts and PDF, Excel and CSV export.

Version 2.8, out on October 22, 2026, gets AtlasDays ready for the iPhone Duo. Open the phone and the Dashboard, the Timeline and Settings spread into two panes along the fold, picking up where the closed display left off, and a tracker shows its chart beside its trips. Closed, everything shares one column, with the toolbar buttons in the side rail. Jorick van Meijeren also makes Shift, an interval timer.

Evidence reviews

What we checked, when, and what the evidence establishes. Each record preserves the support label at that check.

  1. · Simulator recording reviewed

    Simulator verified · iphone-duo

Watched the press page's 15-second recording, captioned as unfolded and folded in the iPhone Duo simulator, in the simulator's device frame with the 09:41 status ring: the cover's single column of trackers, the phone opening into the statistics and map beside the trackers, and folding back. The page's stills show the Timeline and a Schengen tracker, closed and open, and the globe.

Poses shown: Closed, Open. These are observations of the evidence, not a test of every interaction.

App version: Not recorded in this evidence. Environment: iPhone Duo simulator.

No app or Xcode version is shown; the page was updated on October 16, before version 2.8 came out. Split View isn't shown, and the crease layout can't be told from the recording. No build was tested.
