Your Docker servers in a sidebar beside their containers, with a terminal alongside
Does Docker Manager GUI - WhaleDeck work on iPhone Duo?
Yes, since version 3.4.0 on October 21, 2026, and seen in a simulator recording: open, your servers stay in a sidebar beside the details of the one you picked.
- Simulator verifiedFlorian Seida, the developer, in a submission to FoldHunt on October 21, 2026, with a recording of the app in the iPhone Duo simulator in a post on X the same day saying WhaleDeck now supports iPhone Duo, along with a built-in terminal and faster loading. The release notes for version 3.4.0 (released October 21, 2026) list the terminal and the speed-ups but don't mention the Duo.
Adapted for the fold
- Open · Inner display
Servers beside their details
Open, the one-column layout becomes two: your servers, with their CPU, memory, network and drive gauges, stay in a sidebar while the server, container or volume you picked shows all its details beside them.
- Split View · Two apps
A terminal alongside
A terminal opens in a window of its own, so a container's shell can sit beside WhaleDeck in Split View while you browse containers, networks and volumes.
- Closed · Outer display
One column on the cover
Closed, the cover shows one column at a time, from the list of servers and their gauges to a server's containers, upright or sideways.
About Docker Manager GUI - WhaleDeck
WhaleDeck manages Docker environments from your iPhone, iPad or Mac. Add a Linux server to see its CPU, memory, drive and network use, read container logs and details, and start, stop or pause containers one at a time or in bulk, behind Face ID or Touch ID. WhaleDeck Pro, by subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, adds unlimited servers, iCloud sync, widgets, network and volume details, and a built-in SSH terminal for shells on servers and inside containers.
Version 3.4.0, out on October 21, 2026, brings the iPhone Duo support Florian Seida announced on X that day, along with the terminal and faster loading. Open, the one-column layout switches to two columns: your servers stay in a sidebar while the selected server, container or volume shows all its details. A terminal can open in a window of its own and sit beside the app in Split View. Florian Seida also makes DriveDex, which got its Duo update a day earlier.

Watched the developer's 39-second recording of the iPhone Duo simulator, with the 09:41 status ring and a mouse pointer: the cover sideways and upright with the server list and a server's containers; open, the server sidebar beside a NAS's containers and a volume, then a terminal beside the list; and WhaleDeck opened from the Home Screen in Split View next to its own terminal window.
Poses shown: Closed, Open, Split View. These are observations of the evidence, not a test of every interaction.
App version: 3.4.0. Environment: iPhone Duo simulator.
A short recording with no Xcode version; the version is the one the post announces. The half-folded poses aren't shown. No build was tested.
