A naval grid game: the target grid on one half of the fold, your fleet on the other
Does FleetFold work on iPhone Duo?
Yes, and the open layout is seen in the simulator: you aim on the top half, your fleet and Fire button below. Half-folded, the developer says, the target grid stands up like a radar screen.

The App Store seller is Hernan Rosario. The App Store description says that on iPhone Duo the game lays itself across the fold, with the target grid on one half and your fleet and controls on the other.
Adapted for the fold
- Closed · Outer display
One board at a time
Closed, you see one board at a time, with a Target and Fleet switch. The board spans the full width under the camera strip.
- Open · Inner display
Aim above, fleet below
Open, it lays out like the board game. The enemy target grid sits on the top half with the enemy fleet tracker beside it, and your own fleet and the Fire control sit on the bottom half.
- Book · Partly folded
A radar screen standing up
Half-folded like a laptop, the target grid stands up on the upright half like a green radar screen, while your fleet lies flat below. An optional fold-to-fire setting, off by default, lets a gentle fold confirm the shot. Tapping Fire always works.
About FleetFold
FleetFold is a naval grid game with the feel of a classic tabletop toy. Each side hides five ships on a 10-by-10 grid, then takes turns calling a shot: a white peg for a miss, an orange one for a hit. Sink the whole enemy fleet to win. Play Pass & Play on one phone, solo against the computer on three levels, or online with Game Center. The first three battles are free, and Full Fleet is a one-time purchase, with no ads and no subscription.
On the iPhone Duo the game is laid across the fold. Open, you aim on the top half while your fleet and the Fire control wait below. Half-folded like a laptop, the target grid stands up like a green radar screen above your flat fleet board, and an optional setting lets a gentle fold confirm the shot. Closed, the cover shows one board at a time. The developer’s press kit has a gameplay video of the open layout and pictures of the half-folded one.

Watched the gameplay clip in the developer's press kit, an unframed 960 × 1364 recording in the shape of the open display held upright, and looked at the framed open and half-folded pictures. The target grid and enemy fleet tracker sit on the top half and your fleet and the Fire button on the bottom half; the radar sweeps, and Fire turns to Fired after a shot.

A short clip of the open layout only. The cover and the half-folded layout appear only in the press kit's rendered pictures and unfold video, so they aren't counted here. Fold-to-fire and online play aren't shown. No build was tested.
