Does Countr - Quick Count work on iPhone Duo?
Not yet. The developer, Josh Hrach, has shown Countr half-folded on iPhone Duo and says it will be ready soon. The current App Store version doesn't mention the Duo.

The App Store seller is Random Projects, LLC (id 911664683). Version 4.1.1 (released July 15, 2026) does not mention the Duo, and neither does the description.
